We have syncing issue with Traveler for one specific user. He has an nokia E72-1 phone wich worked fine
in Traveler 8.5.2 but after an upgrade to 8.5.3 the user reported that syncing is not working correctly anymore. It only syncs randomly once a day or every second day. If you try to issue a manual sync with server it will not have the latest mails in phone. We have upgraded to traveler 8.5.3.1 and it's still the same issue. Also we have tried to, reset user, delete user, verified both Lotus Traveler.nsf and ntsclcache.nsf that the user does not exist before removing Traveler Client on phone and then reinstall but still same issue. We tried then to install traveler on a different phone which was a Nokia E51 but the same issue happens on that phone as well. So it seems we have some issue with our Traveler Server but I can't pinpoint what causes this. Has anybody had similar issues
or have troubleshooting tips ?
